Anitha Bellary E-RYT 200, is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and has been teaching in the Lake County,IL area since 2012. Anitha is influenced by her Indian cultural background and along with her yoga teaching, pursues Vedantic scriptural studies and Bharatha Natyam
Arun Bellary, is Sivananda trained certified Hatha yoga teacher and a long time student of vedanta at Chinmaya mission, Yamunotri. Arun also enjoys oil painting and loves to share his joy of painting with others. Anitha and Arun enjoy sharing the Hatha yoga practice and knowledge with the wider community.
